Gay Men's Yoga returning on Saturday Mornings and Monday Evenings

We're back on the mats kicking off our fall schedule of yoga classes for gay, bi, queer guys:

  • Monday evening: 7:30pm - 9:00pm
  • Saturday mornings: 10:30am - Noon

Yoga is wonderful means to reduce stress, improve concentration, increase flexibility, build core strength, and stimulate metabolism which works toward weight loss/maintenance. It's also just plain FUN and pretty HIP these days!! :)

It can be a part of your healthy stress reduction program. No need to wait till exam time to begin trying to chill... begin release tensions both physical and emotional today! And if that weren't enough..... Wait till you see your HOT YOGA BUTT developing!!! :)

Whether you are new or a seasoned yogi, there is a place for you in our class. EVERY pose can be modified to work for you and your body! Come give it a try!!! While the room is slightly above room temperature as the practice develops, this is NOT HOT YOGA.

This is Yoga for your health - social connection for your spirit! Its a great way to meet other guys outside of a bar setting.

HIV Vaccine Study Participants Needed

Are you HIV Negative? Then The Miriam Hospital (TMH) needs you for a preventive HIV vaccine study. Through the NIH-funded HIV Vaccine Trials Network, TMH is one of more than 25 international research institutions that is working to find an HIV vaccine.

Each MINUTE, 5 people under age 25 get infected with HIV worldwide. Estimates show that in the US, at least half of all infections are among people under age 25, with the majority being infected sexually.

We're looking for healthy HIV-negative adults to participate in one of the many vaccine trials. Compensation and transportation are provided.

AIDS isn't over. An HIV vaccine may be our best hope in ending this epidemic. And an HIV vaccine can't be created without people like YOU.
